Terms of Service

Welcome to the terms of service for the mobile game Orblings. Before installing the game, please read the following terms of service carefully.

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the mobile game Orblings created by Funventure P.S.A. based in Zielonki, Poland. The game is distributed through the official Apple App Store and Google Play stores.

2. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, source code, graphics, characters (such as Embi, Nimbi, Vexi, and Zeffi), and game mechanics (including the original ball evolution system) are the exclusive property of Funventure P.S.A. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the Game without our express consent is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts and Authorization

Using the game requires a compatible mobile device and an internet connection. Users may link their progress with Google Play Games or Apple GameCenter services to safeguard their gameplay progress. When using Anonymous (Guest Account) login, progress is stored locally only and may be lost after the app is removed from the device.

4. In-App Purchases

Orblings is a Free-to-Play game, which means downloading it is free. However, the game contains optional digital transactions (the purchase of virtual diamonds, coins, or ad-removal packs).

• In-app purchases are handled and settled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• All purchases of virtual currencies are final and non-refundable, except in cases provided for by mandatory provisions of Polish consumer law.

5. In-Game Advertising and CMP

Ads are displayed in the game via the AppLovin MAX SDK. Ads may take the form of banners, full-screen interstitials, and rewarded ads (Rewarded Video). Users from EU/EEA countries can grant or withdraw consent to ad profiling through the dedicated CMP system.

6. Liability and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Game will be resolved amicably, and in the absence of agreement, by the common court with jurisdiction over the registered office of Funventure P.S.A.
